I've been drawn into the Black Mountain Academy Series and I love how each one is different, yet about characters we already know.
Jenika Snow brings us "Trenton" - That's how I knew him from A Lesson in Blackmail - Reese's story.
Reese was a lot more sensitive and sweet than I was expecting him to be. This read a lot more like a light romance. Keira was a virgin and "good girl" Reese was a "bad boy" but he really wasn't if that makes any sense.
Themes of money and status are big in this one.
I loved how protective Reese became of Keira. He was really her rock in a time where she was trying to come out of her shell.
It was a sweet read.
