Being a mother is the greatest blessing in the world, but we often get caught up in our children and family and doing what they need us to that we lose sight of also living for ourselves.

This was a great read. Well organized and easy to follow. It's eye-opening to things that you may not even realize you do in life that you can tweak.

As women, we take on everything and this book is eye opening, funny and helpful to give tips on how to also take a step toward being in the "spotlight".

What a great resource for those of us who want to support ourself as the moms as well children we adore in our lives.
